Delivery across Ukraine

We deliver throughout Ukraine within 2–14 business days from the moment of placing the order.
Shipping is carried out by the Nova Poshta service.

International delivery

We deliver worldwide (except aggressor countries) using
carriers "Ukrposhta" and "Nova Poshta"

The cost and delivery time are determined by the selected carrier.

International shipments are tracked exclusively through the delivery operator.

International delivery is carried out only upon full payment of the cost of the goods and payment for delivery (according to the carrier's tariffs).

Please note: if the parcel is lost by postal services, the carrier you have chosen is responsible for this.

Payment

We offer two payment options for orders in Ukraine:

1. Full payment online.
   Payment is made when placing an order on the website through convenient online payment services.
2. Postpaid with prepayment 200 UAH.

Important: in case of refusal to receive the order, the subscription fee is not refundable, as it covers the costs of packaging and logistics.
