Exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" - within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.

We will be able to exchange/accept the product only if its original (commercial) appearance is preserved, as well as the integrity of all labels and tags. If the product has been used, has damage or signs of wear, and the protective system (tags) is broken - the product is not subject to exchange or return.

The refund is made within 7 (seven) business days from the moment the seller receives the goods.

Please note that the funds will be refunded only after confirmation that all requirements for returning the goods have been met. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.
